How are transcripts for the study abroad program processed?

Students applying to graduate school or who need an additional transcript should email admissions@cisabroad.com. Most likely they will need to contact the registrar at the international university they attended. The staff member who received the communication at admissions@cisabroad.com will inform the student of the necessary steps.
