How do you engage with parents?


We know that parents, guardians, and other family are a big part of the process around your student getting abroad! At the very beginning of the process students are asked to list emergency contacts and billing contacts. Often, these are parents. We make every effort to include emergency contacts in communication regarding health and safety and information about student finances and invoices will also be sent to billing contacts. We also take privacy seriously and only communicate with contacts that a student lists in these fields. Additionally, we host a Parent, Guardian, and Emergency Contact Webinar each term before your student goes abroad. You can find additional parent resources here.
